The Chief Financial Officer of BetMakers, Anthony Perrin, will be resigning from his position. Perrin held this role for more than five years.
Perrin played a vital part in the company’s expansion and development. His departure is effective March 27, 2024. The search for his replacement has already commenced. Warwick Vandermeirwe, the present Group Financial Controller, will assume the CFO responsibilities temporarily. Vandermeirwe has been with BetMakers for three years, directly reporting to Perrin.
CEO Jake Henson conveyed his appreciation for Perrin’s contributions, highlighting his esteemed standing within the senior management team. Henson emphasized that Perrin leaves the company poised for profitable expansion and extended his best wishes for Perrin’s future pursuits.
This announcement follows other notable departures within the gaming sector, with Star Entertainment Group recently disclosing the resignations of both their CEO and CFO.
